DP CAREER CONNECT Refund Policy
At DP CAREER CONNECT, we are committed to providing high-quality online coaching to help our students succeed in their entrance exams. We understand that circumstances may change, so we want to ensure transparency regarding our refund process. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Course Withdrawal (Within 3 Days of Purchase):
- If no classes have been attended and no course content has been accessed, the student is eligible for a 75% refund.
- If the student has attended at least one class, they will be eligible for only a 50% refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- If the refund request is made after 3 days from the date of purchase.
- If the student has attended multiple live classes or participated in group discussions.
- If the student fails to attend classes or complete course requirements.
- Technical Issues: If you face any technical difficulties accessing course materials, don’t worry! Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, students must email dineshprabhucareerconnect@gmail.com within the eligible refund period. The request must include:
- Full name and registration number
- Proof of payment (screenshot or transaction receipt)
- Reason for the refund request
- Payment UPI ID & Date of Payment
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 28 days to the original mode of payment.
4. No Refund for Course Completion
Once a student completes the course, no refund will be issued, even if they choose not to proceed with further studies or exams.
5. Policy Updates
DP CAREER CONNECT reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
